Jerry has assisted numerous clients in the private equity, real estate, construction, manufacturing and technology industries analyze, plan, model and document partnership transactions. Jerry is also responsible for assisting various pass-through entities in their dissolution whether it be through a merger, acquisition or succession planning. Jerry also focuses on the tax aspects of how pass-through entities play a role in the taxation of trusts.
Prior to joining Moss Adams, Jerry worked as a Tax Attorney at a boutique law firm in Irvine, CA. There he advised on transaction structuring to acquire and finance various real estate ventures in a tax efficient manner; advised US investors regarding their investment activity in and outside of the US; and provided tax advice on various disposition and merger transactions.
