Matt Johnson joined Sowell & Company in 2017 and is responsible for acquisitions, divestitures, and oversight of private equity investments focused in healthcare. Prior to joining the private equity group, Mr. Johnson was the CEO of Care Cycle Solutions, a Sowell & Company portfolio company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Johnson was the CEO of HealthBridge and an associate in Cerner Corporation’s London office. Mr. Johnson received his BA in economics from Southern Methodist University.
