Mark Bealin

Mark Bealin is a Managing Director with UHY Advisors.  He is responsible for the Firm’s Resource Solutions Group.  The mission of the Resource Solutions Group is to provide both permanent and interim staffing solutions to UHY’s clients.  The practice concentrates on providing solutions in the accounting, internal audit and tax sectors.  Mark founded the Practice in Michigan in 2011.  During his tenure the practice has grown from a start – up to a substantial practice serving a wide range of clients and professionals.  Clients range from middle market, family owned enterprises to publicly held global organizations to public sector entities. 
Prior to joining UHY, Mark was a Regional Vice President with Experis (formerly known as Jefferson Wells) responsible for the Firm’s activities in both the East Region of North America and in Europe.  Mark also managed the Firm’s Enterprise Account program which focused on service delivery to 20 major clients served by multiple offices around the world.  Mark joined Jefferson Wells as the Managing Director of the Firm’s Detroit office in 2003.  He helped grow that office to be the Firm’s largest serving such major clients as General Motors, Chrysler, Ford, Comerica, DTE Energy and Visteon among many other clients.  In 2005 he was promoted to Vice President.

Prior to joining Jefferson Wells, Mark was a Partner in the Consulting Division of Computer Sciences Corporation.  He helped lead a national practice focused on services to the office of the CFO.  During his consulting career at CSC he led engagements to provide a broad range of services including cost management, performance measurement and business process re-engineering to large enterprises in both the private and public sectors.  Mark began his consulting career in the Detroit office of Coopers & Lybrand.

Mark has served or is currently serving on several Boards including the Board of Advisors for the University of Detroit Mercy Business School, Michigan Roundtable for Diversity and Inclusion, Michigan Colleges Alliance and Notre Dame Prep.

Mark earned his BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from the University of Detroit.
