Managing partner Frances Moreno launched the Vaco Los Angeles, LLC in 2006 and also oversees operations in Seattle and Denver. Vaco specializes in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Audit, and Technology for consulting, executive search, strategic staffing and managed services. Frances earned her CPA license while working for Deloitte and is a former Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar to Madrid, Spain.

Moreno is involved in Women’s Presidents Organization (WPO) Platinum and Financial Executives International (FEI), and has served on the Girl Scout Board of Directors and is Chair of Kidsave audit committee.
