Paul has more than 25 years of experience as a finance professional with a primary focus on venture capital financed technology companies. He most recently spent seven years at Duo Security where he was a member of the founding management team and served as CFO and EVP of Corporate Development. He is a three-time chief financial officer and has served in senior management for numerous tech companies in Boston and Ann Arbor, including Abuzz Technologies, Rock.com, WinWin Technologies, Assay Designs and Molecular Imaging. He has also been a Senior Director at Cisco, a member of the professional staff of Deloitte in Boston, and member of the management team at Sodexho-Marriott through its initial public offering. Paul is a CPA and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from Holy Cross College.
