Paul Russell has split his career into two phases. As a CPA, he spent the first 13 years of his career in accounting and FP&A culminating in a role as Controller with BP Amoco. The next 16 years of his career has been spent leading Finance transformations including a 130 million transformation that included a systems implementation of Oracle EBS and Hyperion for a large energy company. Paul continues to lead finance projects for large enterprise companies and is currently leading a transformational project to move their planning, budgeting and forecasting and financial close and consolidation functions to the cloud using Oracle EPBCS and FCCS respectively. Paul resides in Calgary, Alberta with his wife of 20 years and their 17-year old daughter.
