Scott Fritz is a Financial Analytics Senior Manager with Ernst & Young LLP’s (EY) Financial Accounting Advisory Services. He has more than 10 years of experience supporting clients in audit and advisory capacities in the areas of data analytics and process improvement.
Scott has extensive experience leading data analytics initiatives at large and complex organizations, as well as process redesign and software implementation focusing on the financial close process. He led the build of a data quality tool to cleanse, transform and migrate date from disparate systems to comply with the data specifications as required for ASC 842 and IFRS 16.
Scott has also led team’s that designed, built and deployed complex analytics to monitor financial transactions. He developed and operationalized automated data extraction and transformation routines for migration between systems, and led a team in the data migration of Client and associated 3rd party data from numerous HRIS and Healthcare Enrollment systems for organizations to comply with issuance of 1095-C forms for the Affordable Care Act
