Darin serves as Co-chair of the Lane Powell’s Privacy and Data Security Team and Chair of the firm’s Class Action Team. He represents a number of large northwest companies in ongoing data breach litigation and data breach response preparation efforts. Darin resolves complex commercial disputes and advises clients on maximizing the value of data by helping to formulate efficient and effective data privacy and security strategies. He understands that data is increasingly both the most valuable asset of his clients and their biggest source of risk.
