Prof. John Dilyard, PhD

Dr. Dilyard is a Professor in the Management & Information Technology Department at St. Francis College, as well the Director of the Honors Program and a co-director of the Environmental Studies Minor. Professional memberships include the Academy of International Business and the Academy of Management, and he is the principal contact at St. Francis College for the United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network (UNSDSN), of which the College is a member.  Dr. Dilyard teaches a wide variety of finance courses including Personal Finance, Principles of Finance, Corporate Finance, Advanced Corporate Finance and International Finance.  He earned his Ph.D. in International Business from Rutgers University and has an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School, an MA in International Studies from American University and a BA in History from the College of Wooster.  His non-academic work experience includes positions in finance at Mellon Bank, the Equitable (prior to its acquisition by AXA) and Bankers Trust (prior to its acquisition by Deutsche Bank).
