Kenneth A. Kirk is the Chairman and CEO of Vinings Management Corporation, an Atlantabased
consulting company.
Vinings is a national consulting firm providing strategic design, financial analysis,
communications and ongoing administration for executive total rewards and retirement
plans. Vinings has served great companies for more than 25 years ago.

Ken previously served as CEO of Vinings Mellon, LLC, a joint venture formed with Mellon
Financial. He managed the growth of the company, acted as a Senior Consultant and
managed key client relationships.
When Vinings was 100% purchased by Mellon, Ken also oversaw Mellon’s company-wide,
integrated HR service development, client initiatives, and helped establish a fiduciary
oversight process for Mellon’s rabbi trust business. While at Mellon, Ken was on the Board
of Buck Consultants and managed the national Retirement Practice.
Ken has more than 30 years of experience in the retirement benefits and benefit funding
markets. In addition to the Mellon and Vinings experience, his background includes human
resource management at Procter & Gamble and co-founding/managing a publicly-owned
executive retirement plan firm.
EDUCATION & ACHIEVEMENTS
Ken attended Vanderbilt, Georgetown, and George Washington Universities, and graduated cum Iaude from Vanderbilt in Political Science and History.
Ken is well-known author, with publications in numerous magazines (e.g., CEO Magazine, CFO Magazine, Human Resource Executive, American Compensation Association News, Pension Age, etc.).
