Ann Dennison will start as Nasdaq CFO March 1. Dennison, who joined the company five years ago, is Nasdaq’s controller and chief accounting officer and has led an effort to modernize the company’s financial and reporting infrastructure, including through the development of an automation program. Nasdaq will be one of only a few large, publicly listed companies with women in both the CEO and CFO roles.
