  • Introduction to potentially $2+ trillion in energy incentives within the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.
  • Review the Inflation Reduction Act enhancements of the Residential Energy Credit (Section 45L) and Building Energy Deduction (Section 179D).
  • Outline examples of how energy incentives can be implemented into your tax cashflow strategy.
  • Review the new and improved Clean Energy Investment Tax Credits (Sections 48, 48E) and Clean Electricity Production Credits (Sections 45, 45Y).
  • Connect the energy incentives in recent legislation with your Sustainability and Environmental initiatives.

State Boards of Accountancy have the final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

For FEI CPE credits, one credit hour equals 50 minutes according to NASBA guidelines. Some states boards may differ on how many minutes constitute a credit hour.
