• Introduction to potentially $2+ trillion in energy incentives within the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.
• Review the Inflation Reduction Act enhancements of the Residential Energy Credit (Section 45L) and Building Energy Deduction (Section 179D).
• Outline examples of how energy incentives can be implemented into your tax cashflow strategy.
• Review the new and improved Clean Energy Investment Tax Credits (Sections 48, 48E) and Clean Electricity Production Credits (Sections 45, 45Y).
• Connect the energy incentives in recent legislation with your Sustainability and Environmental initiatives.
• Discover how nonprofits are invited in 2023 to play in the energy incentive game.
• Learn how taxpayers with limited tax liabilities are able to monetize the energy investment and production credits.
