FEI Austin Members and Sponsors Happy Hour!
Join us for a little outdoor fun on Thursday,
November 4 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at one of Austin's coolest new venues,
Bouldin Acres on South Lamar. Sip on a cold beverage, connect with colleagues, and maybe challenge them to a game of giant Jenga or Connect Four under the Texas stars.
The only agenda for the night is to have fun. Drinks and appetizers will be served. Fire pits are available if the weather turns a little cool, and in case of rain we will meet inside the covered - but open air - bar.
COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS
FEI Austin is committed to ensuring that our chapter can continue to have the safest events possible in the face of the current COVID-19 pandemic. We are continually monitoring the latest guidance provided by federal, state and local health authorities. To that end, we will be implementing the following safety protocols as per the guidance of
Austin Public Health at our upcoming events until further notice:
- Attendees at this event who are vaccinated are not required to wear a mask since we will be outdoors; attendees who are unvaccinated are strongly encouraged to wear a mask except when actively eating or drinking
- Attendees who are NOT vaccinated, only partially vaccinated, or in a high-risk category are strongly recommended to not attend
- Attendees will be asked to sign an FEI Austin COVID-19 waiver (either online during registration or at the event) before attending the event
- Attendees should try to maintain adequate social distancing, frequently wash or sanitize hands, refrain from hugging or shaking hands, and cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or an elbow
- Sanitizer will be provided in the party area
- Attendees are encouraged to stay home if they have recently come into contact with someone with COVID-19 or if they are feeling unwell, including experiencing the following symptoms: fever or chills, cough, shortness or breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea.
