Austin Chapter October 2021 Dinner Meeting: "COVID Impacts on Commercial Real Estate"


Please join FEI Austin for this special Members- and Sponsors-only event as we welcome panelists from the world of Austin commercial real estate as they discuss "COVID Impacts on Commercial Real Estate." Panelists include Chris Dolce, Vice President and Architect at Sixthriver Architects; Chris Oddo, Principal at Tower Commercial; and Jen Weaver, Developer and Principal at Weaver Buildings.

Cocktails will begin at 5:30 p.m., with dinner and presentation beginning at 7:00 p.m. Complimentary parking can be found in the "Green" parking garage next to the restaurant; valet parking at Maggiano's is not available.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols

FEI Austin is committed to ensuring that our chapter can continue to have the safest events possible in the face of the current COVID-19 pandemic. We are continually monitoring the latest guidance provided by federal, state and local health authorities. To that end, we will be implementing the following safety protocols as per the guidance of Austin Public Health at our upcoming events until further notice:
  • ALL attendees will be asked to wear a mask throughout the event, except when actively eating or drinking
  • Attendees who are NOT vaccinated, only partially vaccinated, or in a high-risk category are strongly recommended to not attend
  • Attendees will be asked to sign an FEI Austin COVID-19 waiver (either online during registration or at the event) before entering the meeting room
  • Additional space will be provided between seats at each table
  • Attendees should try to maintain adequate social distancing, frequently wash or sanitize hands, refrain from hugging or shaking hands, and cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or an elbow
  • Sanitizer will be provided at various points throughout the registration and meeting area 
  • Attendees are encouraged to stay home if they have recently come into contact with someone with COVID-19 or if they are feeling unwell, including experiencing the following symptoms: fever or chills, cough, shortness or breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea.
