FEI Austin - February 2023 Breakfast Meeting - "Scaling Your Business for Success"

FEI Austin is excited to announce our February breakfast event featuring, Joel Trammell, Principal at The Trammell Group, as he discusses "Scaling Your Business for Success."
In a scaling business, the CFO plays an outsize role, typically as the CEO’s #1 partner and confidant. In this presentation, veteran CEO Joel Trammell will explore the common dynamics at play in this critical relationship. He will address common conundrums, including who should own which budgetary decisions, how to handle varying levels of tolerance for risk and spending, and the type of data that helps CEOs and CFOs lead effectively.
Join us on Tuesday, February 21 at the Austin Country Club for this thought-provoking presentation!
