An Insider's Look at IPOs

Last Day to Register: Friday, March 4th

5:30 - 6:00pm Networking
6:00 - 7:00pm Dinner Program

The number of IPOs exploded in 2021 with more than 750 companies going public and $276 billion raised.  How does a CFO plan, prepare and lead a company through an initial public offering?  At this unique presentation we’ll look inside the IPO experience – ensuring financial processes are in order, working with investment banks, preparing for the roadshow and attracting the right investors; and then how to be a public company – setting expectations, working with the Board, allocating time for investment community communications, and more.

Whether you’re already public, considering an IPO or simply interested in the work that happens behind the scenes, this is a “Class A”  opportunity to hear from a CFO with unique IPO experience.

Registration includes dinner and two drink tickets (complimentary for FEI Boston members, $75 for non-members).

FEI Boston requires attendees of in-person events to be fully vaccinated.  As of February 1, 2022, this means a booster in addition to the single J&J, or two Pfizer or Moderna doses.
