From Providence College, to Suffolk Law School to Jay Z’s first and lead NFL agent, get to know Kim Miale, NFL Player Agent & General Counsel for Roc Nation Sports.  With star studded clients like Saquon Barkley, Dez Bryant, Leonard Fournette & Ronnie Stanley, follow her path from a simple Sports Law Class at Suffolk which led to an internship at an NFL sports agency, to having her own clientele.   Kim will share her insights into the business of the NFL:  the grind, the big contracts, the endorsement deals, the short careers, and maximizing player revenue.

About Our Speaker

Kim Miale has over 10 years of experience as an attorney and NFL agent, with clients such as Saquon Barkley, Ronnie Stanley, Leonard Fournette, Bryce Love, and Dez Byrant. She represents Roc Nation Sports’ full roster of athletes in the negotiation of endorsement agreements. Throughout the years, Kim has negotiated hundreds of millions of dollars in endorsement and player contracts.  Previously, Kim worked in complex commercial litigation for over a decade, representing clients in connection with multimillion-dollar mediations, arbitrations, and trials. She received her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk Law School (cum laude) in 2004, and is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New York.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from Providence College (magna cum laude) in 2001. Kim was named to Sports Business Daily’s “40 Under 40” list for her relentless negotiation skills and ability to sign top talent.
