Deb is the CFO for Holland, L.P., a progressive and comprehensive solutions partner in the rail industry but best known as the premier provider of flash-butt welding services in North America. Deb is an established finance leader with over 30 years of experience in leading finance and accounting teams and developing finance strategy for organizations.  Prior to assuming her role at Holland, she was the Senior Vice President of Finance for the Property Casualty Insurance Association of America where she managed the Board committees for investment, finance, audit and benefits and compensation.  She also spent 22 years at Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation, a provider of dredging services.  There she was responsible for the financing needs for a $600 million public company with significant overseas operations.  At Holland Deb is also the executive sponsor for the company’s Diversity Advisory Council.  The DAC is an employee group whose mission is to foster a culture that offers all employees an opportunity for meaningful engaged conversation while ensuring everyone is heard, respected, and empowered.

A global information technology executive and consultant with 40+ years of successful technology/business-enablement experience for both Fortune 500 and Mid-market organizations, Mr. Hoormann has been actively involved in 100+ highly complex business process automations using RPA, Machine Learning and AI technology for 30+ companies. He has presented on these technologies and case studies at the local, regional and national level. Mr. Hoormann has published multiple articles regarding AI & Automation for Yahoo Finance and the Illinois Manufacturers’ Association. Mr. Hoormann has studied Computer Science at the University of California Santa Barbara, Finance and Accounting at Washington University (St. Louis), and Artificial Intelligence at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
