The Peak Interview with Bill Burnett
 
As we all realize, the key to getting the job offer is creating the most meaningful and positive experience for the interviewer. The goal for this session is to learn about proven techniques that will make you excel in an interview and win the job.  We are delighted to have author Bill Burnett address the group with insights into making YOUR interview stand out from the other candidates and be the one who gets hired.
 
Bill discovered that people evaluate experiences based on peaks (good or bad) and how the experience ended. (Actually Nobel Laureate Daniel Kahneman discovered this, Bill just applies it to the job interview) 
 
The research showed that interviewers focus on two key things:
1.  How the interview felt at the peak.
2.  Whether it improved or worsened at the end.
