Bob Lindeman, Co-Founder and Managing Director of The Overture Group, will speak on “Securing a Board, Advisory Board or Statutory Position in a Privately Held Company.” Bob will address topics such as the types of boards, how to position yourself for getting on boards, and board education and networking.
Bob currently serves on the board of Catholic Charities and on two private company boards and previously served on the boards of Micro Sun Technologies, Market Day and RSM McGladrey. Bob is a fellow of the National Association of Boards of Directors and a member of the Private Directors Association.
