Join us on December 7 for a “Setting Up Long Term Incentive Plans for Executive Teams at Private Companies” presented by The Overture Group.  Long-term incentives are a significant part of an executive’s pay package and are a key means for aligning executive leadership with owner interests.  The Overture Group’s Mark Reilly and Mike Conti will discuss the important role long-term incentives play and the various types of long-term incentive vehicles. They will also address key design considerations including objectives, eligibility, performance measurement, time frame, share utilization, tax and accounting considerations, ways to incorporate performance criteria, and key characteristics of an effective long-term incentive plan.
