“Making it Easy for People to Help You During Your Job Search” is all about communication, consistent follow-through and candor.  The 4 key elements to successfully accomplish this are a) Using other people’s time respectfully, b) Making it easy for people to help you c) Being precise and detailed in your follow-up and deliver on promises your make and d) Communicating back with the outcome of the connection and a thank you.
 
At the end of the presentation the goal is for the participants to gain four key take-aways a) Be upfront and ask for what you need b) Expand your network by asking everyone you talk to for a name, c) Gain lifelong networking skills and d) help other people in the same position.
