Roger Lumpp
Vice President at Harmer Financial Solutions in Chicago
Roger Lumpp III is passionate about empowering independent workers.  After 10 years as a debt transaction consultant in public accounting (Arthur Andersen, EY, and PwC), Roger transitioned into the staffing industry hunting work for higher skilled accounting and finance talent in the Chicago market. Over the past decade, Roger placed hundreds of mid-to-late career professionals into project / interim roles within the CFO organization across a variety of industries. He spends a considerable amount of time researching the broader “Gig Economy” from the perspective of higher skilled gig workers and shares his findings / musings in a weekly LinkedIn newsletter called The Next Gig. During the pandemic, Roger recorded a short podcast series called The Next Pro Gig Podcast where he shared his proven business development strategies to help independent workers find their next gig faster. Roger is currently Vice President at Harmer Financial Solutions in Chicago.
