Leading With Emotional l Intelligence (EI) 
The World Economic Forum states that Emotional Intelligence will be a required skill for success by 2020. To be successful, leaders need to understand what emotional intelligence looks like in the work place, how demonstrating emotional intelligence drives key performance indicators and the neuroscience elements behind EI.  Today’s interactive session is an opportunity to experience emotional intelligence by reflecting on your own experiences with high and low EI leaders. Tips for demonstrating EI when working with teams and individuals will also be shared.
