Join the FEI SPA Committee on Monday, September 26 for our season kick-off event…“Rediscover the Future of Your Business” featuring Gabriela (Gabby) Rodil, the “Business Whisperer” and “Parachuting CFO.” Gabby will discuss ways to dramatically improve your business’ profitability, by rethinking assumptions and getting all areas of the business to work together aligned with clear corporate goals.
Gabby has lived or worked extensively in over 20 countries. In her 18+ years of experience in multiple industries and markets she became a multilingual, global finance executive. She focuses on transforming businesses to achieve greater success. She has a strong background in finance, strategic planning, IT, operations, risk management, human resources, and leadership. Gabby has an extensive track record in repeatedly producing sustained revenue and EBITDA growth in constantly dynamic and changing environments.
Gabby now heads her own business where she provides strategic consulting for businesses facing changes or preparing for new opportunities. She is passionate about everything that she does; from speaking and hosting seminars and retreats to strategic Consulting and Coaching. She guides, motivates, and inspires individuals and business across the globe.
Gabriela Rodil (Gabby) was born and raised in Brazil. From her travel and immersion in other cultures and interaction with people has allowed her to develop an artful way to communicate with a broad range of personalities, functions, and across diverse cultures.
Gabby serves The Fig Factor Foundation as a board member and treasurer; she co-authored the book “Today’s Inspired Latina” and has been featured on many media outlets such as WGN Adelante Chicago with Lourdes Duarte, INC, Halfstack and IL CPA magazines.
