“Managing Stress and Burnout as a Leader”
In her work with high-achieving corporate leaders and business owners, Dr. Donna discovered a collection of characteristics common among this group, that she came to term High Achievers Syndrome™ (HAS). When in balance these characteristics allow the high-achiever to thrive in their success, but when left unchecked high achievers can find themselves spiraling into exhaustion, health issues, and disrupted family relationships; all symptoms leading to burnout. In this one hour webinar, Dr. Donna will share how to:
  • Identify the characteristics of HAS ™ that makes high achievers more susceptible to burnout and the ability to identify employees that may need additional support
  • Understand the role and impact of current issues such as COVID-19 on the potential for burnout
  • Know the 3-pronged approach for preventing and recovering from burnout
  • Learn practical strategies to implement this approach on a daily basis
