As the vaccine came online, many companies began to plan their return to the office.  It was looking more and more like a hybrid return was going to be the norm.  Some companies opted for flexible office hours, certain days per week in the office or something in-between.  Few were going back 9-5, but few were also “not going back at all.”  Then the Delta Variant came along and cases have risen.  Companies have hit the pause button once again.  What does that mean….??   Join us to discuss further!
