“Your 168: Finding Purpose and Satisfaction in a Values-based Life”
Harry Kraemer executive partner with Madison Dearborn Partners and a Clinical Professor of Leadership at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management will share content from his new book, Your 168: Finding Purpose and Satisfaction in a Values-based Life.

Despite our good intentions, many of us experience a chronic imbalance between the desire to live our values and the distractions and never-ending to-do lists that can get in the way. In Your 168: Finding Purpose and Satisfaction in a Values-Based Life, readers learn how to pursue a values-based life by identifying and committing to their values and priorities. Harry uses personal stories and insights from others to help readers discover the dissonance between what they say is most important and where they actually devote their time.

Harry says “After focusing on how to become a values-based leader in From Values to Action (book #1) and then how to build a values-based organization in Becoming the Best (book #2), the topic that students and executives have asked me to focus on is, “How does one live a values-based life?” So, my third book is Your 168: Finding Purpose and Satisfaction in a Values-based Life. As is the case with my first two books, all proceeds from book sales will go to the One Acre Fund in Africa.”
