Leadership Development Series - Session 1 "No More Drama. An introduction to Conscious Leadership" with Clay Stelzer (Zoom)

Join us virtually via Zoom on January 23rd at 12pm for our first Leadership Development Series of 2025.

An Introduction to Conscious Leadership

In this 60 minute introductory conversation you’ll get a taste of the theory and practices of Conscious Leadership. We’ll explore how leaders unknowingly get stuck in unhelpful patterns with their teams, clients and partners, and practice techniques to “wake up” and create better results.

It’s fun, it’s eye opening, and if you’re open to it, you’ll learn a lot about yourself.

TOPICS WE’LL EXPLORE TOGETHER INCLUDE:
  • How we’re hardwired to create drama and go “below the line” in our everyday lives
  • Basic neuroscience principles that explain how we naturally sacrifice our creative potential
  • Our defensive tendencies to blame, withdraw, numb-out and feel powerless when we feel threatened
  • The four-step 15sixty process, and how it can be used to end our drama at work, and in all areas of our lives
