I will discuss the importance of a Chef Driven Model to combat food waste and hunger. It is unacceptable that  the amount of food going to the landfill and the staggering percentage of residents of Cincinnati that are food insecure. La Soupe uses chefs, volunteers and an app. Food Rescue US to safely move the food.

FEI Cincinnati Chapter events are open to dues-paying members of the chapter.  Advance registration is recommended.  FEI members are encouraged to bring prospective-member guests to the meetings as well.

Free to FEI Cincinnati Chapter Members and Chapter Sponsors per the attendance guidelines for their sponsorship level.

Guests:  $40 Charge.
