Presentation Topic:
Navigating Work-force Uncertainties as We Re-emerge
[What is continuing and what we see coming our way...]

Current research tells us that in 2021 we can expect up to a 20% turnover of the workforce, “The Great Covid Churn”. Even those highly engaged people who have stayed with us are tired, emotionally exhausted and will work hard to find some sense of control over their lives since they have had so little control for over a year. They are waiting for just a bit more stability and then they will be ready to leave; the majority are already looking.

As we continue to re-emerge, now is the time to double-down on your people strategy.
  • What can you be doing now to retain your most highly-valued employees?
  • What does your talent pipeline look like?
  • Do you have a competitive compensation & benefits structure?
  • What are the expectations and needs of the workforce now and in the future?
  • The power of an Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
Of course, some workers were already waiting for the right moment to make a change. And as the economy strengthens, more people get vaccinated, and millions of jobs sit open and waiting to be staffed, they’re seeing that moment emerge.
