Prior to our dinner session, please join us for a professional development session with JLL: Unlocking the Full Potential of Community Development Through Sports Mixed-Use Districts
This is not the old "stadium in a parking lot" model. This is a public-private partnership involving mixed-use districts, where the sports complex serves as the anchor. It is an entire community, featuring office buildings and housing, that enrich and enliven a whole section of the city.
