** IMPORTANT **

Individuals have the option to attend this event either IN PERSON or VIRTUALLY as a ZOOM Meeting with in-person speakers simulcast through video feed.  Both platforms are eligible for CPE credit.

IN-PERSON registration is limited to 120 and we are asking that chapter sponsors register only one in-person attendee.  We ask that those with underlying health conditions, above-normal temperatures, or who are feeling ill to attend virtually instead of in person.  A signed waiver is required for entry to the meeting.  Attendees will be subject to a temperature check and health screening questions upon arrival; if you fail, you may be asked to leave the event.  Masks covering nose and mouth are required to be worn when not eating, drinking, or speaking at the podium.  Outdoor networking is expected to be available, weather permitting.

VIRTUAL attendees who register by Tuesday, February 2 will be offered a $50 credit for dinner from Grubhub (some exclusions apply*) and instructions will be emailed to eligible attendees a few days prior to the meeting.  The Networking Social will be via ZOOM Breakout Rooms.

** REGISTRATION NOTES **

  • Please scroll down and read the registration instructions, and then register for either IN PERSON or VIRTUAL attendance – but not both
