Giovanna Koning will discuss her experience on outsourcing back office operations for their corporate-owned restaurants. In addition, she will share her expertise as CFO of Falcon Holdings. Falcon Holdings Management is one of the premier providers of back office solutions in the restaurant industry. They support more than 1,300 restaurants by providing services ranging from AP and Payroll to full back office operations.
