7:30 a.m. Breakfast & Check-in | 8:00-9:45 a.m. Program | 2 CPE credits
Texas is the top state in the nation for contributions to state gross domestic product and jobs created/supported by commercial real estate development as reported by Bisnow. The DFW Metroplex is experiencing unprecedented development of billions of dollars of commercial real estate. The speed of growth and innovation in commercial real estate continues to accelerate. This pace of change and its effects on industries are transforming how we navigate the marketplace, form strategies, and otherwise conduct business.

  • Guest fees, if applicable, are payable by credit card in advance at the time of registration.  See ‘Cancellation’ for refund information.

Special Provisions for Prospective Members
FEI members and chapter sponsors are encouraged to invite prospective members to ‘regular’ chapter meetings, the Summer Professional Development Series, and Special Events pursuant to the attendance guidelines for that event.  Prospective members may attend one ‘regular’ chapter meeting (complimentary) and one session of the Summer Professional Development Series (subject to the guest fee) to evaluate the benefits of FEI membership.  Non-member guest fees apply to other events.  Invitations should be limited to those who meet FEI’s membership criteria.
