Program Description
We will be welcoming
Dr. Andreas Reger, Managing Director, Alderney Advisors, as our dinner meeting speaker. He will be discussing turnaround warning signs and preventative measures.
Dr. Reger has spent his whole career focusing on growth, turnaround and performance management in an international business environment. A native of Germany, Dr. Reger lived and worked in Spain, Turkey, Jordan, and Suriname before moving to the US to join Siemens Automotive (now Continental AG) in 2000.
In 2008 he became the President of Pollmann North America, Inc. and led the organization through a major strategic transformation and financial turnaround. In 2013 Dr. Reger joined Dürr AG as the President & CEO of its unprofitable North American Ecoclean division. Within a year he returned the company to profitability which allowed Dürr to successfully sell the entity to a Chinese investor in 2017. From March 2018 to August 2018 Dr. Reger was the Chief Restructuring Officer of a large Tier 1 automotive supplier before joining Alderney Advisors as Managing Director in September.
Dr. Reger studied International Business Management at the Universidad de Zaragoza (Spain) and the FH Wiesbaden (Germany), obtained his Master of Business Administration degree from the Colorado State University and received his Doctorate in Business Administration from Lawrence Tech in Southfield, Michigan; where he researched the Impact of Turnaround Strategies on Financial Performance.
