Improving manufacturing efficiencies is often focused on the elimination of waste, whether that be in the form of overproduction, excess motion or bottlenecks. Companies spend an immense amount of resources to perfect their production process but, if the corporate culture doesn’t foster the production process, those resources are often wasted. This purpose of this panel is for seasoned experts to share their insights on how to look at your manufacturing process in a different light and how to cultivate your corporate culture to enhance your production process.
