Controlling a Firm’s Increasing Legal Costs with Artificial Intelligence

Join FEI NYC and SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) on February 28th for an in-depth discussion.
For many financial and human resources executives, legal and compliance budgets can balloon from bet-the-firm litigation or a surprise government inquiry.  Organizations and, in particular CFOs, CLOs, and CPOs, are feeling the pressure of the increased costs which come with a higher volume of disputes and the increased resources needed to manage and mitigate those disputes. Of the costs associated with litigation, a large proportion of the budget is spent on data discovery.

This presentation will provide CFOs and CPOs with a basic understanding of how a growing data volume and complexity problem can drastically affect a firm’s legal budget from data discovery.  Many firms are trying to get this cost under control.  We will discuss different strategies on modernizing the litigation workflow by using an artificial intelligence empowered workflow.
