Deeper Dialogue: Inspiring Those Who Work With (And For) You!

John Klymshyn joins the FEI NYC chapter on September 26th, for a special Fireside Chat with Alyssa Gelbard. Klymshyn, an internationally recognized author and speaker, will share his passion for language, helping us to engage in Deeper Dialogue.

John began his professional speaking career teaching “Moving Conversations Forward™” his trademarked approach for sales and leadership, which led to international speaking engagements, and the publication of four books.  His clients include: The New York Times, indeed.com , Bank of America, Cushman & Wakefield, Yahoo!, NAI Global, T-Mobile, Four Seasons Hotels, Rent.com, ClubCorp, Colliers International, Pinehurst, and American Express Travel.

John is either coaching Executives, writing, hosting his YourStartUpAdvisor podcast, or traveling the world speaking about “Moving Conversations Forward™”, “Elevated Sales™, or “Ultimate Sales Management.”

He has written three Best- Selling books: “Move The Sale Forward” (2003), “The Ultimate Sales Managers’ Guide” (an Amazon Best Seller in hardcopy, and now a Top- Selling Audio Book) as well as:  “How To Sell Without Being A JERK!”.  His latest work: | STREAM | is an Audio – Book. An exploration of creativity and flow states.  STREAM is a collaborative work, created with noted Inventor and Designer Isaac Naor.

Over his ensuing 20+ years in practice as an Executive Coach and facilitator, his path of inquiry has led him to explore states of flow, creativity and… the intersection found between music, architecture and language. His books have all been precursors for his upcoming work, and for this event!

This discussion will offer practical, applicable skills to:
  • Understand and leverage the distinction between Motivation and Inspiration
  • Align your team with your organization's mission by helping them see their role and contribution
  • Achieve Clarity
  • Perform at higher levels

This session will explore how we impact, lead, inspire and develop those around us, including our direct reports, peers and others in our organization. Learn how to engage them in Deeper Dialogue.
