Registration is open for FEI Members and Chapter Sponsors and their guests. Please make your Dinner Entree selection during registration and please remember to choose your Guest's entree option if you are bringing a guest. Please register by December 10th.

- Grilled Chicken Bruschetta (Grilled chicken breast, fresh mozzarella, balsamic glaze, tomato-herb bruschetta, Asiago and basil risotto)
- Filet Mignon (8-ounce center cut of aged beef tenderloin grilled medium rare, served with garlic-mashed potatoes, demi-glace', asparagus and baby carrots)
- New Zealand King Salmon (Pan seared and baked 6-ounce fillet of salmon, herbed rice pilaf, asparagus, fresh lemon wedge)
- Vegan Étouffée (Assorted seasonal vegetablesin Cajun Spice, tomato-citris sauce served with steamed Jasmine Rice) (GF)

We recognize that plans can change at the last minute; however, as good stewards of our chapter finances we ask your help in controlling expenses due to last-minute cancellations and no‑shows.
