FEI Pittsburgh Chapter Meeting with William S. Demchak, CEO, PNC Financial Services Group

FEI Pittsburgh is pleased to welcome William S. Demchak, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the PNC Financial Services Group, as our keynote speaker on Tuesday, November 12th.  Mr. Demchak and the PNC team are graciously hosting FEI in the James E. Rohr Auditorium, in the Tower at PNC Plaza.  Join us for professional development, then networking, cocktails and heavy hors d'ouevres, followed by a keynote address from one of the region's most influential leaders.  Networking continues after Mr. Demchak's address over coffee and desserts.

Professional Development presented by Solebury Capital:  IPO Considerations, led by Solebury Capital Managing Director, Patrick Hanraty.

Patrick Hanraty, a market veteran with IPO experience from all sides of the transaction, will provide an overview of the entire initial public offering process.  He'll describe all the players, considerations, and the path to successful excecution.  Attendees will develop the tools to accurately assess an organization's IPO readiness, be able to identify the moving parts, and be better prepared to usher their organization through the complicated processof going public.

PNC's security policies require that a final guest list be provided in advance.  Registrations after November 8th cannot be accepted.
