“Specialty Pharmacy:  Can You Tackle This Trend?
Managing Rising Rx Cost”

Specialty drugs have revolutionized the healthcare industry.  They provide treatment for complex or chronic diseases, but their cost, already relatively high, is expected to soar and total more than half of prescription drug costs in the next few years.  With overall pharmacy costs expected to increase at least by 10% in each of the next two years, the combination of therapeutic potential and high cost is making specialty drug spending an important topic for employers.

Join this conversation with an Aon Hewitt Pharmacy Subject matter expert to discuss actions employers can take to manage the cost and use of specialty drugs, as well as review key steps to improve overall pharmacy expense, value and results.
