Please join us for a stadium tour of Providence Park!
We are very excited to have partnered with Peregrine Sports, the owners of the Timbers, Thorns and Providence Park, to offer the FEI Portland Members and Partners a very different type of plant tour than our group is accustomed to.
Peregrine was able to complete an $85 million renovation to Providence Park just days before the Timbers first home game of the season on June 1. The FEI Portland Chapter will participate in fully-guided tours of the “rebirthed” stadium to see all of these changes which include the addition of 4,000 seats, giant video screens, LED lighting and a new field (amongst other major upgrades).
Plant Tour attendees will also hear a presentation from the Timbers/Peregrine executives about the impetus and challenges for this major undertaking and a discussion of the complexities of completing such a major project to the 93-year-old stadium on a very tight schedule and timeline.
Because of the expected popularity and cost of this event in the KeyBank Club, there will be a $15 per person fee during the registration process which will cover food, two drink tickets (for beer or wine) and all non-alcoholic beverages.
