Join fellow members and finance professions as we welcome industry experts from K&L Gates LLP, JLL and Parker, Smith and Feek for a virtual round-robin style discussion on returning to the office. Attendees will participate in three breakout sessions, as well as a single Q&A group session.

Breakout Session A:  Physical Office Space Considerations

  • Are you making any changes to your office or facilities to plan for re-entry?
  • Are you using any technology to help support your re-entry and/or implement new policies?
  • What kind of policies and precautions are you putting in place as people return to the office (e.g., check-in, enhanced cleaning, masks in common areas, mandatory vaccinations, etc.)?
  • Are you requiring all employees to return or will it be some sort of hybrid model?
  • Are you changing your physical space footprint moving forward?

Breakout Session B:  Employee Law Matters

  • Are you requiring vaccine shots to return to work?  What if employees refuse?
  • Does requiring or encouraging the vaccine create potential workers comp concerns?
  • What kind of employee policy changes have your made or are you contemplating?
  • What do I do if an employee moved during the pandemic and can’t return to the office?
 
Breakout Session C:  Employee Engagement: Culture, Recruiting and Retention

  • What is happening with recruiting practices – hiring anywhere?
  • What have you done to retain your employees as some firms are offering full-time WFH capability?
  • How are you managing onboarding of new employees?
  • How has the pandemic impacted your company culture?  What are you doing to maintain/improve culture as you return to the office?
