We often hear about the art and science of beer and it is no surprise that beer is big business.  Hear from Charlie Bamforth, Senior Quality Adviser at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. and Distinguished Professor Emeritus at the University of California, Davis College of Food Science and Technology, as he muses on the business of beer in the Capitol Region, and the future of the beverage industry in Sacramento and beyond.
