Global privacy regulations are changing and the pressure on companies to protect customer data has never been higher. With the advent of GDPR and the upcoming California Consumer Protection Act, it is vital that companies implement proper data privacy measures to meet regulatory requirements and protect their brand. We will discuss the impact of GDPR and the new California privacy law, and the key steps companies need to take to manage risk in this area.
