This Session Precedes Our Networking and Evening Event - Register For Each Separately Online

Join us prior to our networking and evening session for "Debt Financing".  This session will provide an overview of debt financing instruments available to companies at all stages of maturity; from start ups to mature profitable enterprises.  Participants will learn about the various debt instruments, the requirements that a business needs to secure debt as well as pricing of the various instrument.

Austin Dean will focus on the lending landscape for pre-profit, growth companies and how much the credit markets have expanded in the last 10 years.  Regardless of institutional equity backing (or lack thereof), today's options are diverse and include traditional instruments such as lines of secured by A/R and senior term loans, as well as newer structures like lines of credit based on a multiple of recurring revenue and royalty term loans.

Tim Sandel will provide an update on the debt markets for later stage companies as well as provide an overview of debt financing alternatives, from the pro-rata market to the term loan B and high yield bond markets.
