Unleashing the Potential of FP&A

This program will be preceded by an optional afternoon PD Session entitled "2019 Employment and Immigration Law Updates" - Register separately for this session by clicking here.

Few processes a company’s CFO controls have so much potential to create – or destroy – business value than FP&A. FP&A drives the allocation of resources – and how an organization prioritizes its money and time will ultimately determine its success. The introduction of modern systems as well as rapidly evolving external factors are also requiring expanded capabilities and greater agility associated with FP&A. Shaz Mian and Abdul Mohammed, experts in RSM’s Technology & Management Consulting group, will lead April’s discussion – and will focus on:

  • Where many budget and forecasting processes fall short
  • Best practices for driving agility in planning and ensuring alignment with overall company priorities and strategies
  • The importance and features of technology-forward finance functions
