WIF Event – Realize Your Future – Create a Personal Strategic Plan

An FEI SFBA Chapter “Women in Finance” Event

What do you want in 2020? Are you working on a Big Idea? Do you want to pivot in, or advance, your career? We can get so caught up in the detail of day-to-day demands, and so busy helping other people, that we never really take the time to think about our own future goals.

But without a plan, you'll stay right where you are.  Kristi Royse, CEO of KLR Consulting, will show us how creating a written plan with measurable and achievable goals, along with a realistic timeline, will increase the likelihood of progress toward the future you want.

Learning Objectives:
  • The strategic planning process including SWOT Analysis
  • How to apply the process to your choices
  • How to identify a personal vision
  • Why to identify core values
  • How to identify & articulate goals
  • Personal development skills
  • Tools to use immediately
