Webinar: What's Next for the Bay Area Commercial Real Estate Market?

Register via Zoom Here.

Many recent articles have described “San Francisco’s offices woes” and the potential for an “epic commercial real estate crash” in San Francisco. Please join Benjamin Osgood, Managing Director at Recreate Commercial Real Estate (“Recreate”), who will provide perspective not only on the San Francisco office market, but also the San Jose/Silicon Valley and East Bay markets. He will cover current statistics and market data, outlooks for the future for each region, as well as rent/lease and other strategies for CFOs and their teams to consider.

Benjamin is a returning speaker – who had previously presented for the FEI SF Bay Area chapter in late 2020 with observations on the Bay Area commercial real estate market at the time (including prior return-to-work strategies).
